How can I make changes to my order?
Email us at casefiction@outlook.com within 6 hours of your order. Be sure to include your order number. If you would like to change your design, please also include the URL, name or the internal product number of the new design. Similarly, if you would like to change the device type, please just let us know the details in the email.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully.

I’ve placed an order but haven’t received my order confirmation email?
If your registered email address is an Outlook account, the order confirmation email might have fallen into your spam / junk folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please email us at casefiction@outlook.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive if I’ve my order from the UK?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from the point of purchase using Royal Mail’s 2^nd Class Service which takes on average 2-3 working days to arrive.

My order has arrived damaged, how do I get a refund?
If your order has arrived damaged, please take a picture of your purchase and email it to casefiction@outlook.com and we will advise you of the next steps.

Do CaseFiction offer bulk purchases at a reduced rate?

How do I become a brand ambassador?
At CaseFiction we are always looking to expand. Please email us at casefiction@outlook.com with your social media account details and we will get back to you.

How are cases designed and printed?
All cases offered by CaseFiction are printed using sublimation and printed onto Aluminium back covers using heat presses.

I have a design I would like included on a phone case, how do I go about getting this printed?
If you have a bespoke design you would like printed, please email us with the details at casefiction@outlook.com.

Are cases offered by CaseFiction compatible with wireless charging?
All cases available to purchase in our store are compatible with wireless charging.

I’m an artist and want to create designs to sell on CaseFictions website, who do I contact?
Email us at casefiction@outlook.com. Include your portfolio link and your social media account details.
